Managing Event Details

Once your event is created, the event details page is your command center.

Guest List

The guest list shows everyone invited and their RSVP status:

• Confirmed - Players who said yes
• Declined - Players who can't make it
• Pending - Waiting for a response
• Waitlist - Players beyond your max limit

Sending Invitations

Click "Invite Players" to send invitations:

1. Select players from your database
2. Choose email or SMS (Plus/Pro)
3. Add a custom message if desired
4. Click Send

Editing Event Details

Click the edit button to modify: - Date, time, or location - Buy-in amounts - Player limits - Event description

Canceling an Event

If you need to cancel, click "Cancel Event". Players will be notified automatically.
