Sending Invitations

1. Open your event
2. Click Invite Players
3. Select players with email addresses
4. Add a custom message (optional)
5. Click Send Invitations

What Players Receive

Players receive a professional email with: - Event details (date, time, location) - Buy-in information - One-click RSVP buttons - Calendar file attachment (.ics) - Your custom message

RSVP Tracking

Track responses in real-time: - Confirmed - Player is coming - Declined - Player can't make it - Maybe - Tentative response - Pending - No response yet
