Setting Up Recurring Events

Never manually create your weekly game again. Recurring events do it for you.

Creating a Recurring Event

1. Go to Recurring Events 2. Click Create Recurring Event 3. Configure the schedule: - Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly - Day: Which day of the week - Time: Start time 4. Set event details (location, buy-in, etc.) 5. Select default invitees 6. Click Create

How It Works

The system automatically: 1. Creates events on your schedule 2. Sends invitations to your player list 3. Notifies you of RSVPs

Managing Recurring Events

From the Recurring Events page: - Pause - Temporarily stop generation - Edit - Change schedule or details - Delete - Remove the recurring event - View Log - See generation history
