When it's time to start, the launch wizard guides you through setup.

The Launch Wizard

1. Select Structure - Choose your blind structure
2. Assign Players - Confirm who's playing
3. Set Starting Chips - Define the starting stack
4. Assign Seats - Auto or manual seating

Seating Players

Options for seating: - Random - Let the system assign seats - Manual - Drag and drop players to seats - Multiple Tables - For larger tournaments

Before starting, verify: - All players are seated - Chips are distributed - Clock is ready - Everyone is ready to play
